Open year-round.

Please send three to five poems as an email attachment. Please submit as a .doc or .docx file.

Include a cover letter with third-person bio (150 word max) sent as a second attachment.

While we do not have strict guidelines on length, we prefer work that does not exceed two Word .doc pages.

The best way to get a sense of the kind of work that we lean towards is to familiarize yourself with our previous issues.

We ask that you wait a minimum of three months between submissions.

Simultaneous submissions are welcome.

We cannot accept previously published work.

We cannot accept work that has been generated by A.I.

While we can accept work that contains visual elements, we can only print in black and white.

Our print editions are very small, 5 in × 5 in. Because of this, we cannot accept large images, or work that has very long lines or complicated formatting. In certain instances, we will work with an author in order to reformat the work so that it will fit in the space that we have available in the print edition.

If you have not heard back within three months, please query.

We are not at this time a paying market.

Because of the number of submissions that we receive we cannot provide individual feedback on work.

Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines will be deleted unread.

Send all submissions to editor@antiphonyajournalandpress.com.
