adornment

Where errant already. Where harrows light even. Where
sparrows. Unseaming trees gather
that shade of late

morning that morning. Gold threaded
already. If threaded

through that which begins now
already. As that which

begins now begins even now
to thin into

thin whispers. As thin as
uncunning
undreaming. As that which
unseemingly passes. Now into. Now
even. Now

passes. Now into
these falling.

Gold leaves.
